In 2011, Sublime was founded by cousins Michael Graniczny and Brandon Raimondi. Michael’s creativity, determination, and passion for homebuilding was equally met by Brandon’s passion for business and accounting, as well as his giving heart. Since founding the company, Sublime Homes has had the opportunity to touch many lives through the construction of hundreds of homes, across the south suburbs of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
