Job Description
Office Management:
-Maintain a presentable and organized office environment.
-Manage office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and in order.
-Handle opening and closing procedures for the office daily.
-Support with inbound phone calls
-Assist agents and visitors as needed
-Manage the deposit of checks
-The maintenance of the office lockboxes
-Act as a beacon of engagement within the agent community.
-Support in organizing and promoting attendance at company meetings and events.
-Assist with the weekly newsletter, track sales challenges, and coordinate event planning to foster a vibrant agent community.
Agent On-Boarding:
-Assist in confirming appointments for agent interviews and providing an exceptional greeting
-Follow up with prospective agents and provide an informative introduction to Brokerworks.
-Serve as the primary contact for new agents joining Brokerworks.
-Set up platforms, logins, and provide initial training on all company software.
-Ensure new agents meet critical milestones and adjust smoothly to our systems.
-Regularly check in with new hires to support their transition and bolster their confidence in our company.
Executive Assistance:
-Provide ad-hoc support to the owner and other executives to ensure the forward momentum of the company.
-Assist with transactions, tasks related to new construction department, and writing weekly thank you notes.
-Aid in enhancing processes within our brokerage and associated title company.
Qualifications:

-Proven experience in office administration or executive assistance, preferably in a real estate environment.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in office software and adaptability.
